RAU Teams up with National Polytechnic University of Armenia and Management Mix to Launch a Joint Executive MBA in IT
On December 20, Russian-Armenian University, National Polytechnic University of Armenia and Management Mix LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a joint interdisciplinary executive MBA in IT, Innovation Technologies and Finance.
According to the MoU, the parties are going to join efforts to launch Master of Business Administration degree in “IT, Innovation Technologies and Finance” in two specializations “IT and Innovation Technologies” and “Finance and Banking”.
The document was signed by RAU Rector Professor Armen Darbinyan, Rector of National Polytechnic University of Armenia Professor Vostanik Marukhyan, CEO of Management Mix Mr. Raffy Semerdjian.
“Given the two universities’ great potential and the vast international experience of Management Mix, this program is going to succeed and be beneficial to Armenia. I believe that graduates of this MBA program will be at the forefront of Armenia’s economic and technological development in the coming future”, highlighted Prof. Armen Darbinyan.
Professor Vostanik Marukhyan mentioned that the joint program was a great initiative, “I think it is a special honor for RAU and Polytechnic University to undertake such a significant mission to implement this MBA program “IT, Innovation Technologies and Finance” in the Armenian higher education.
CEO of Management Mix Mr. Raffy Semerdjian in his turn presented the international experience and practices of their company and highlighted that the expectations for the MBA program are high – it will be in demand in Armenia.
Management Mix LLC is a European company with regional headquarters in Lebanon, Cyprus and Armenia that provides consulting and training solutions in management and development both in the public and private sector, contributing various managerial skills essential for effective organizational performance.
