RAU Lecturer Karine Poladyan Awarded with a Medal for her Contribution to the EAEU Development
Lecturer at RAU Department of Journalism Karine Poladyan received a medal for the contribution to the development of the Eurasian Economic Union on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the EAEU treaty and the 25th anniversary of the idea to initiate the Eurasian integration. The awarding ceremony took place at the Presidential Residence on October 3, 2019.
The award was given on the initiative and proposal of The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, the award is the EAEU's highest form of appreciation.
Karine Poladyan has been lecturing on Information Support of Financial Markets for RAU Master students in Journalism since 2017. She has been a Commissioner at the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia for 5 years, however her professional experience in the field covers more than 15 years. She was also one of the key experts in the negotiations of the Framework agreement with the European Union.
She has recently been invited to participate in The Sixth International Conference on Legislation and Law Reform, Washington D.C. as a speaker. There, she will deliver a lecture on "Regulation of Economic Competition Among States: How to Promote Growth While Integrating Political Sovereignty".
