the date of establishment of the educational organization;
on the founder (founders) of the educational organization;
on the naming of representative offices and branches of the educational organization (if there are representative offices and branches) (including those located outside the Russian Federation);
about the location of the educational organization, its representative offices and branches (if there are representative offices and branches);
about the mode and schedule of work of the educational organization, its representative offices and branches (if there are representative offices and branches);
about contact phone numbers of the educational organization, its representative offices and branches (if there are representative offices and branches);
about the e-mail addresses of the educational organization, its representative offices and branches (if there are representative offices and branches);
about the addresses of the official websites of representative offices and branches of the educational organization (if there are representative offices and branches) or pages in the information and telecommunications network "Internet";
about the locations of educational activities, including information on the addresses of the places of educational activities, which, in accordance with Part 4 of Article 91 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation", are not included in the corresponding entry in the register of licenses for educational activities.
