Master’s Program in DIGITAL HEALTH – MDH, in cooperation with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT, Germany)

The cutting-edge Master’s Program in DIGITAL HEALTH (MDH) at the RESEARCH & EDUCATION CENTER OF DIGITAL HEALTH, led by Professor Georgi Chaltikyan, MD, PhD, represents a pioneering initiative in Armenia and the region. This innovative educational program offers students the chance to specialize in Digital Health, a field that integrates information and telecommunication technologies into the realms of medicine and healthcare.

In an exclusive collaboration with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) in Germany, MDH provides a unique academic experience. Notably, Erasmus + facilitates an immersive learning journey for students, enabling them to spend their second semester in Germany. The Erasmus + program comprehensively covers the expenses associated with this international experience, allowing students to focus on their studies and cultural exchange.

Moreover, the Erasmus + K Action Mobility Program opens doors for participants to extend their stay for a third semester, fostering deeper engagement with the academic and cultural environment of Germany. This extended opportunity is a testament to the commitment of Erasmus + to promoting cross-cultural understanding and enhancing the overall educational experience.
One of the remarkable features of the MDH program is the chance for students to obtain two diplomas upon completion. In addition to the diploma granted by the institution in Armenia, students will receive a prestigious European diploma from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology. This European diploma not only adds an international dimension to their academic credentials but also enhances their employability, providing them with the prospect of working in various European countries.

The curriculum is designed to accommodate students with backgrounds in medicine/medical sciences or IT/computer sciences. This inclusive approach ensures that individuals with diverse educational backgrounds can capitalize on this unique opportunity to become experts in the pivotal area of digitalization – Digital Health.
