On March 12 at 10:45 in the Orbeli room, Denis Dolzhikov, a consultant on activating AI-thinking culture in companies (ai-culture.pro), will deliver a master class titled “How to Make AI Truly Help Business.”

Denis has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and management. He served as CMO of the крупнейший IT holding T1 (with $2.5 billion in revenue) and was ranked among the Top-10 IT marketers in Russia by Kommersant. His AI transformation clients include Beeline, OneTwoTrip, OTP Bank, Hoff, and Technonikol. He is also an ICF-certified coach and the creator of the “AkvArIIum” practicum, designed to teach AI skills to executives.

Companies are massively investing in AI, yet most initiatives fail to deliver results. The problem lies not in technology, but in people and organizational culture. During the lecture, we will discuss what distinguishes companies where AI truly works: why the sequence “strategy → culture → technology” matters, how to launch quick pilots with measurable outcomes, and why the ability to integrate AI into business processes is one of the most in-demand competencies in the market today.
