RAU Took Part in the Technological Exhibition Digitec-22

    Bachelor’s and Master’s students who participated in the exhibition also spoke about developments related to language and plagiarism detection, nanoparticles, biomedicine, cancer research, fever, mental disorders, among other topics.

    The team of Russian-Armenian University presented RAU at the annual technological exhibition Digitec-22 at Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex on March 10-12.  
     
    "The Institute of Biomedicine and Pharmacy, the Engineering Physics Institute, in particular, the Department of Telecommunications, and the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics (CAST Laboratory) presented their practical achievements. The latter presented the latest developments in the field of software security, natural language processing, and part of the exhibition stand was dedicated to the development of UAV design. Representatives of the Institute of Biomedicine and Pharmacy,presented their own developments in the field of third generation genome sequencing, organic chemistry in pharmacy, and biochemical technologies. The Department of Telecommunications presented its own IOB developments, in particular, RSV Design," - said the chief specialist in the commercialization of scientific developments in Marketing, Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the Scientific Department of RAU, Mikayel Avanesyan. 
     
    As told by the students participating in the exhibition, the RAU stand visitors were particularly interested in drones. According to them, in simple terms, this development is a type of drone that calculates the distance to the desired object and its coordinates with the help of a laser.
     
    Bachelor’s and Master’s students who participated in the exhibition also spoke about developments related to language and detection of plagiarism, nanoparticles, biomedicine, oncological studies, fever, mental disorders, among other topics.
     
    It should be noted that the guests were highly interested in the presentation of Team RAU and asked numerous questions.
