Employees of the Agency for Personal Data Protection met with RAU students

    The Head of the Agency for Personal Data Protection, Grigor Nersisyan, welcomed the students and introduced them the structure and powers of the authorized body responsible for personal data protection.  

    On February 19, 2025, a meeting was held at the Agency for Personal Data Protection with students from the Institute of Law of the Russian-Armenian University.  
     
    The Head of the Agency for Personal Data Protection, Grigor Nersisyan, welcomed the students and introduced them the structure and powers of the authorized body responsible for personal data protection.  
     
    Julietta Matevosyan, Head of the Registry Management and Monitoring Department of the Agency, and Lusine Tadevosyan, Chief Lawyer of the same department, presented the future lawyers key concepts of the right of personal data protection, the legislative framework, and legal norms related to personal data processing in Armenia.  
     
    The students also had the opportunity to ask questions and familiarize themselves with educational materials and guidelines compiled by the Agency, which were presented to the guests as gifts at the end of the event.
