During the lecture, Badalyan spoke about why a brand promise is an important part of communication with an audience.
On September 18, RAU students attended an open lecture by Taron Badalyan, a designer and visual branding specialist, titled “What Do Brands Promise the World?”
During the lecture, Badalyan spoke about how brands formulate their promises and why a brand promise is an important part of communication with an audience. He also discussed what happens when a brand fails to keep its promises, as well as the circumstances in which breaking a brand promise may be acceptable and how this can affect the perception of a company and its audience.
Badalyan works in the field of visual identity, helping companies and entrepreneurs develop visual solutions that not only look good but also address specific business challenges. He also works in art direction and is a mentor and lecturer at educational institutions.
The lecture was organized by the Department of Management and Business of the Institute of Economics and Business of RAU.
