RAU students secured first place in the report competition of the international conference "The World of Law of Boris Cherepakhin"
The conference was held at the Ural State Law University after V. F. Yakovlev.
Fourth-year students of the Institute of Law of the Russian-Armenian University Yekaterina Andriasyan and Mariam Sardaryan took part in the international scientific and practical conference "The World of Law of Boris Borisovich Cherepakhin", which took place at the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev on October 4. As part of the conference, the participants presented reports on topics related to the works of Boris Cherepakhin, the founder of the Sverdlovsk civilistic school, an outstanding Soviet lawyer, Doctor of Law, and professor of the Department of Civil Law of the Sverdlovsk Law Institute.
Thus, Yekaterina Andriasyan and Mariam Sardaryan, relying on the work of the professor "On the Issue of Public and Private Law" (1926), continued his thought, viewing it in the context of modern realities. The result of their research was the article "Problems of the Relationship between Private and Public Law Through the Ages"; the students answered many questions that permeate the pages of scientific literature. The article touched upon the changes in the understanding of the boundary between private and public law that have occurred over the centuries.
Leading experts in the field of law highly appreciated the work of the RAU students and awarded them the first place in the report competition in the section "On the Issue of the Public and Private."
It should be noted that the organizers of the conference were the Department of Civil Law of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev, Department of Civil and Commercial Law of the Institute of Management Personnel of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, Department of Law of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University, Ural branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Research Center for Private Law named after S.S.
