Armenian delegation to Eurasia Global Forum 2022 headed by Advisor to RAU Rector Hripsime Margaryan

    International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” brought together more than 500 participants from 63 countries.

    The Armenian delegation took part at the International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” held on June 8-14 in Orenburg. Delegation of 11 students from leading Armenian universities was headed by RAU Rector Advisor for Student Affairs Hripsime Margaryan. RAU was also presented by Law student Anna Khalatyan. 

    International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” brought together more than 500 participants from 63 countries and 73 regions of Russia. Young specialists and professionals in volunteering, media, career development and international youth cooperation, those who have a project idea or a ready-made project targeted at international cooperation, representatives of foreign youth interested in active interaction with Russian youth in various areas of cooperation gathered together on one platform to develop projects of sustainable youth development and to implement joint programs. 

    Forum participants could choose from more than 50 events of the business program “Eurasia Global”. In 2022 public diplomacy, soft power and humanitarian impact became the key topics of the forum. The forum business program was divided into 4 main tracks: “Kindness”, “Career”, “Media”, as well as a special track called “Compatriots”. 

    According to the organizers, “Eurasia Global” is the largest international youth event in Russia. For 7 days participants, guests, speakers, organizers and volunteers have worked in all areas of the business program including meetings with experts, main tracks, workshops, project offices, partner platforms and International Youth Media School. 

    “The forum has really become a very useful platform that has brought together young men and women from many countries of the world. Today, such initiatives are needed more than ever: joint work is important both for the dynamic development of the society and the improvement of mutual understanding in interstate affairs” - notes RAU Rector Advisor for Student Affairs Hripsime Margaryan.

    It should be noted that the International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” is part of the series of forums of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
