On March 24, 2025, the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure of the Institute of Law at the Russian-Armenian University organized a mock trial dedicated to discussing current issues in criminal proceedings.

 

During the event, the prosecution and defense teams presented well-reasoned positions on matters related to the initiation of criminal cases, as well as challenges involving digital searches and subsequent inspections.

 

As a result of the mock trial, the team representing the prosecution was declared the winner.
