Ambassador of the Dominican Republic Hans Danenberg Castellanos Delivered a Lecture at RAU

"The Dominican Republic seeks to become a meeting place for Armenians from all over the world," - said Castellanos.

On March 28, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to the Republic of Armenia Frank Hans Danenberg Castellanos met the students of the Russian-Armenian University and gave a lecture on "Culture, History and Economy of the Dominican Republic". The diplomat even gathered the students around to move to the rhythms of the most popular dance, bachata.

The Ambassador devoted the beginning of the lecture to progress in bilateral relations between the Dominican Republic and Armenia, and touched upon the prospects for the development of cooperation in various fields, the procedure for obtaining visas in the light of modern geopolitical challenges, etc.

"The Dominican Republic seeks to become a meeting place for Armenians from all over the world," - Castellanos said.

The topic of transit at international airports was not left without attention either. The Ambassador highly appreciated the possibilities of Zvartnots airport in Yerevan.

"The airport in Armenia, though small, is at the same time very convenient in terms of infrastructure," - the diplomat is convinced.

After the lecture, the Ambassador arranged a musical warm-up with the students to the sounds of a cool video clip dedicated to the Dominican Republic.
