Deputy Director of the Center of Drug and Medical Technology Expertise of the RA Ministry of Health, Lilit Ghazaryan, Told RAU Students about the Regulation of Pharmaceuticals in Armenia

    Lilit Ghazaryan discussed with the participants such significant issues as the expertise of pharmaceuticals, the main indicators for quality testing, as well as key aspects of the effectiveness and safety of drugs imported into Armenia.

    On February 18, at the Russian-Armenian University a lecture was delivered  by Lilit Ghazaryan, Deputy Director of the Center of Drug and Medical Technology Expertise of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, a pharmacist, and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
     
    The open lecture in the format of a round table on the topic “Regulation of Pharmaceuticals in Armenia” was attended not only by students of the Institute of Biomedicine and Pharmacy of RAU, but also by all those interested in healthcare issues.
     
    During the lecture, Lilit Ghazaryan discussed with the participants such significant issues as the expertise of pharmaceuticals, the main indicators for quality testing, as well as key aspects of the effectiveness and safety of drugs imported into Armenia.
     
    It should be noted that the event was organized on the initiative of the Department of General and Pharmaceutical Chemistry of RAU, under the leadership of Head of the Department Anna Grigoryan, in collaboration with Lilit Ghazaryan.
