The school started at the Russian-Armenian University on October 8.

Head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Russian-Armenian University Mariam Voskanyan noted that one of the important goals of the school is to create networking between students from different universities.

"We managed to involve students from three Russian universities: the Higher School of Economics, the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. The participants also include students from the Yerevan branch of Moscow State University, Yerevan State University, and the Gyumri branch of the Armenian University of Economics," she emphasized.

The Autumn School will include lectures, master classes, excursions, team projects and much more.

"We will conduct a business game on the securities market, touching on aspects related to the countries of the Eurasian integration. In addition, special attention will be paid to the four freedoms that are implemented within the framework of integration: freedom of movement of goods, services, capital and people."

According to Mariam Voskanyan, throughout the week, the participants will  work in teams. They will have to analyze cases related to the problems of Eurasian integration: "Each team will have its own topic, and the task is to prepare informative and interesting presentations. In the final, we will gather together to listen to the final presentations."

Note that the Autumn School of the Department of Economics and Finance will run until October 11.
