On February 13, at 15:00, a round table on the topic "Institute of Declaration: legal aspects" will be held in the Confucius class (new building of the RAU, IV floor).

 

The purpose of the event is to consider legal problems related to the institute of declaration.

During the event, the procedure and specifics of filing declarations for calculating annual income tax will be discussed. The organizers of the round table will talk about the reimbursement of social expenses provided for within the framework of the declaration institute and their beneficiaries. The responsibility provided for failure to submit declarations on time and other issues related to the Institution of Declaration will also be considered.

The discussion will be attended by lecturers of the Chair of International and European Law, lecturers of the Chair of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law, as well as the head of the Legal Support Department.
