The pre-meeting DigiHealthDay Workshops that ran from April through July, organized in collaboration with CONEDIG (Consortium of Educational Institutions in Digital Health), had 649 registered participants from 80 countries. The 8 workshops (with 21 sessions over 9 days, to a total of 40 academic hours of teaching), covered topics such as Genome Informatics and Precision Medicine, Pragmatic Research in Digital Health, Data Integration and Interoperability, Clinical Decision Support, Human-Computer Interaction for Digital Health, and Learning Health Systems, with hands-on training provided by international experts. Two more great workshops are planned in October, so stay tuned!

For those seeking to gain firsthand knowledge about the use of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from academic leaders in the fields, a specially dedicated 5-day Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme is organized on November 7-11, 2022 at ECRI as a pre-event program by Deggendorf Institute of Technology, University of Agder (Norway), Aalborg University (Denmark), and Luleå Technical University (Sweden) on the topic ‘Explainable and Ethical AI in Healthcare’. 

The main program of the DigiHealthDay-2022 Symposium on November 11, 2022, will once again include Plenaries, Scientific and Student Sessions, a special EFMI Session, and a Panel Discussion.
