RAU student received a diploma in the "Best public speaker" nomination following the results of the International Conference "The Evolution of Russian Law"

    Yekaterina Andriasyan presented the article "Act of God and force majeure։ conceptual and practical differences".

    The student of the Chair of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law of the Institute of Law of the Russian-Armenian University, Yekaterina Andriasyan, received a diploma in  the "Best public speaker" nomination following the results of the XXIII International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "The Evolution of Russian Law". The scientific supervisor of the article "Act of God and force majeure։ conceptual and practical differences" was Director of the Institute of Law of the Russian-Armenian University, Senior Lecturer Marianna Kalashyan.

    Yekaterina Andriasyan, as a prize, received the opportunity to participate in the All-Russian satellite online seminar Garant on the topic: "Corporations in the system of legal entities". The lecturer was Evgeny Sukhanov, JSD, Professor, Head of the Chair of Civil Law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. During the seminar, topical issues related to legal regulation in the field of corporate law were raised both in the countries of the Anglo-American and in the countries of the Romano-German legal systems. At the end of the online seminar the student received a certificate of participation.

    The conference was organized by the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev (Yekaterinburg).
