Students of the Russian-Armenian University volunteered at the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17), held in Yerevan from October 19 to 30.

They were involved in various working groups, assisting with event organization, providing information services to participants, and interacting with foreign delegates, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

As Nora Gevorgyan, Head of the Department of World Politics and International Relations at the Russian-Armenian University, noted, working at the conference required proficiency in foreign languages, attentiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, knowledge of protocol standards, and the ability to respond promptly to emerging situations.
