RAU Strengthens International Ties: Cooperation with a Leading Chinese University Discussed in Yerevan

    During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

    The Russian-Armenian University continues to systematically expand its network of international partners and strengthen academic ties with the Asian region. As part of this strategy, RAU hosted a meeting on July 15 with a delegation from Northwest A&F University (NWAFU), China. The Chinese delegation included Wei Feng, Director of the Kazakhstan Research Center, Doctor of Economics and Professor, as well as Guo Jinyuan and Ren Xiaoxuan, Senior Lecturers at the College of Language and Culture.
     
    During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest. Particular attention was paid to cooperation in Russian Studies and economics, as well as to the implementation of joint educational and research projects.

    The participants also discussed in detail opportunities for academic mobility for students, faculty members, and researchers, the expansion of exchange programs, and the implementation of the “Visiting Professor” program, aimed at facilitating the transfer of expertise and attracting leading international specialists.

    Following the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in further developing the partnership and expressed their readiness to continue working on joint educational and research initiatives aimed at strengthening humanitarian ties between Armenia and China.
