By decision of the Academic Council of Russian-Armenian University, professor of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Tunisia and Morocco was awarded the title “Honourable Professor of Russian-Armenian University.”

Professor Arshak Poladyan was awarded this title for close cooperation with the Russian-Armenian University, scientific and educational work and achievements in the field of Oriental studies, as well as for his long-term, impeccable, diplomatic activity.

It should be noted that he was awarded by RAU rector, Doctor of Economics of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation Professor Edward Sandoyan during the ceremonial event dedicated to RAU Day.
