On April 8 at 13:00 in room №421, Anna Vardanyants, Head of HR at Ameriabank, will deliver an open lecture on the topic: “Employee Engagement: How to Create an Environment Where People Want to Work and Grow.”

Anna has over 20 years of experience in human resource management, organizational development, and building HR systems in large companies. She specializes in corporate culture transformation, talent development, and implementing modern HR practices in the fintech environment.

Language of the lecture – Russian.

During the session, key concepts of employee engagement, its impact on business results, and main drivers will be discussed. We will review modern approaches and tools for increasing engagement, the role of leadership and the HR function, as well as practical cases from the fintech industry. Special attention will be given to the expectations of the new generation of employees and how companies can build a sustainable and motivating work environment.
