RAU lecturer Yuri Hayrapetyan delivered a report at a conference on current issues of developing the EAEU law

    The conference brought together Russian and foreign researchers working on issues of Eurasian integration, as well as representatives of educational institutions, government bodies and international organizations.

    Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law of the RAU Institute of Law, PhD in Law Yuriy Hayrapetyan took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Current Issues of Developing the EAEU Law in the Context of Interaction with Third Countries and Interstate Associations." The event took place at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Russia, Kaliningrad) with the support of the EAEU Court on October 4 and 5.

    The conference brought together Russian and foreign researchers working on issues of Eurasian integration, as well as representatives of educational institutions, government bodies and international organizations, including the EAEU Court.

    The guests and speakers discussed current issues of improving the legal regulation of Eurasian economic integration, as well as certain aspects related to improving the international legal cooperation of the EAEU and its member states with foreign countries and international organizations.

    Yuri Hayrapetyan made a presentation on "Concept of legal instruments for the approximation of law within the EAEU" at the section "EAEU Law at the present stage: current challenges and measures to resolve them."

    It should be noted that the conference "Current issues of the development of EAEU law in the context of interaction with third countries and interstate associations" was organized by the International Academy of Law of the PSC "Institute of Management and Territorial Development" of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and the Center for European and Eurasian Legal Studies (CEEAPS) of the Law Faculty of Lobachevsky University.
