On December 25th, the head of the legal department at RAU, Sasun Baghdasaryan, and Arman Avetian, an associate professor at the Department of Management and Business at RAU, participated in the conference ‘Issues of Executing Powers by the State Authorities of the Republic of Armenia in the Defense Sphere’ at the National Defense Research University of the Ministry of Defense of the RA.

During the conference, Sasun Baghdasaryan presented a report on the topic ‘Legal Issues of Constitutional Regulation of Relations in the Defense Sphere in the Republic of Armenia.’ In turn, Arman Avetian discussed the problems related to the execution of powers by territorial management authorities in the defense sector of Armenia.

In their presentations, the speakers provided a thorough assessment, analyzing issues related to the organization of the state defense in modern conditions. This allowed for the examination and discussion of the matter from the perspectives of various scientific disciplines, including legal, economic, military, and so on.

 The event was attended by the faculty of the University, master's students, and participants from various educational programs, as well as other guests from different governmental institutions.
