Head of RAU Department of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Artur Ghambaryan co-authored the collective monograph "Hierarchy and Coordination of Sources of Law: Theoretical and Comparative Aspects" (paragraph 6.1. "Conflict of Laws in the Republic of Armenia"). The book was published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Altai State University. 

The monograph is devoted to the study of the system and hierarchy of sources of law in various national legal systems: Russia, Bulgaria, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The authors' team from eight countries of the world analyzes the system of formal and informal sources of law, touches upon the role of legal customs, judicial practice, acts of constitutional control bodies, principles of law, legal doctrine, and sources of international law in legal regulation. 

The authors pay special attention to the relationship between various sources of law, the rules for resolving conflicts between them, as well as the experience of implementing the laws of Bulgaria and the CIS countries in normative legal acts. The book will be of interest to scientists, practitioners, teachers and students of law universities. 

It should be noted that the series "Scientific Thought" was founded in 2008.
