Professor Artur Ghambaryan co-authored the monograph "Hierarchy and Coordination of Sources of Law: Theoretical and Comparative Aspects"
The monograph is devoted to the study of the system and hierarchy of sources of law in various national legal systems.
Head of RAU Department of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Artur Ghambaryan co-authored the collective monograph "Hierarchy and Coordination of Sources of Law: Theoretical and Comparative Aspects" (paragraph 6.1. "Conflict of Laws in the Republic of Armenia"). The book was published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Altai State University.

The authors pay special attention to the relationship between various sources of law, the rules for resolving conflicts between them, as well as the experience of implementing the laws of Bulgaria and the CIS countries in normative legal acts. The book will be of interest to scientists, practitioners, teachers and students of law universities.
It should be noted that the series "Scientific Thought" was founded in 2008.
