Rector of the Russian-Armenian University Edward Sandoyan and the Rector’s Advisor on Youth Affairs Hripsime Margaryan attended the ceremony dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy.

 

The event was also attended by the RA Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, members of the National Assembly, representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in the RA, senior staff of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces and other high-ranking officials.

 

It should be noted that in connection with the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy, as well as for conscientious performance of their official duties, a number of officers and cadets of the academy were awarded departmental medals and valuable gifts.

 

The event ended with a ceremonial march of the personnel, after which those present expressed their respect and laid flowers in front of the monument to Vazgen Sargsyan.
