A business development and corporate communications expert will teach RAU students how to resolve conflicts effectively

On September 9 at 12:50 in room №419, an open masterclass will be held on the topic “Leader’s Dialogue: The Art of Conflict Resolution”.
The speaker, Ani Hovhannisyan, is a specialist in business development, strategic communications, and corporate governance, a graduate of Yerevan State University, the Sorbonne, and René Descartes University in Paris. Since 2003, she has been professionally engaged in business development, strategic communications, and corporate governance. She is a certified trainer of the French Federation of Professional Training (FFP), an international speaker, and a business trainer specializing in positive marketing and personal development. She conducts trainings, masterclasses, and public speaking engagements in Armenian, French, English, and Russian.
During the two-hour practical intensive, participants will learn how to recognize hidden emotions and underlying needs, apply active listening techniques, and build effective communication in challenging situations. Special attention will be given to assertiveness, conflict management, and developing a strong leadership position.
The masterclass will include a mini-lecture, group activities, practical case analysis, pair exercises, interactive sessions, and a Q&A session. Participants will also receive a practical checklist to help apply the tools and techniques discussed during the session.
The masterclass is organized by the Department of Management and Business of the Institute of Economics and Business of RAU.
