On December 14th, a roundtable discussion titled "Digital Frontier: Legal and Operational Risk Management in Emerging Technologies" was held at the RAU Institute of Law in collaboration with Resolve Academy.

 

During the roundtable, speakers presented legal issues related to artificial intelligence, blockchain and smart contracts, focusing on questions of liability and regulatory challenges. The central themes of the discussion included legal risks arising from the implementation of technological solutions, as well as challenges associated with dispute resolution and contract enforcement. Speakers also highlighted recent developments in cybersecurity legislation (such as the GDPR and CCPA) and effective approaches to risk management.

 

The event facilitated the exchange of professional experience between industry specialists and students, contributing to the identification of key issues in the legal management of innovative technologies.
