"The word "нравственность"(nravstvennosty) does not exist in any language, but Russian. English variants for this word do not reflect its very content. "Morality" is a special Russian category. And I do want our actions, our deeds, and our life to be in tune with this high category - morality. I wish the Russian Book House prosperity, along with spreading good and light. And, of course, the Russian language as the language of knowledge, must and will become the language of success and prosperity for our beloved Armenia. I have brought you a book called "Faces of Russian History: Power and Politics" as a gift. I am happy to give it to the Russian Book House. Glory to all who are involved in the Russian Book House opening ceremony", highlighted Professor Armen Darbinyan, RAU Rector, at the opening ceremony of the Russian Book House in Yerevan.

He also recalled that RAU is the most advanced university in the country according to all ratings and when the actors of Russian presence are listed in Armenia, it should be named first of all.

It should be noted that the event was held with the support of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Ministry, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Moscow Government, the Institute of Eurasian Studies, and the Russian Book Union. Now the center has 2,500 books, most of which are in Russian, and in two days it will be equipped with Armenian books.
