On April 23 at 1:00 PM, in Room 419, Susanna Kalantaryan, Founder and CEO of the global mediation agency TripleA Advisory, will deliver an open lecture on
“The Art of Communication: Why People Don’t Understand You Even When You Explain Everything Clearly. Two Hours on Why People Hear the Same Thing Differently.”

Susanna Kalantaryan has 25 years of international experience in strategic consulting, business mediation, corporate training, and international program delivery. She is the author of a number of business mediation programs for international corporations and public organizations in the MEA and Asia-Pacific regions, including partners from CIS and Asian countries.

She is a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and the Dubai Business Women Council, a certified international PCM (Process Communication Model) trainer, and a partner of DIDA (Dubai Investment Development Agency).

The meeting will explore why even clear and logical explanations may be perceived differently, how personal experience, emotions, expectations, and attitudes shape understanding, and what communication mistakes most often prevent people from being truly heard. Participants will also discuss how to build clearer, more conscious, and more effective communication.
